Dottie is an extremely patient person and wants to help you find your forever home. She kept in touch with me for almost a year before I was approved for my loan. Once I was approved for my loan she sent me emails monthly and weekly with homes in my price range. She worked with my loan officer to make sure everything was on schedule. I was approved for an FHA loan and Dottie is very knowledgeable about those loans, which helped a lot when looking for homes. Dottie goes above and beyond to help you find your forever home. I would strongly recommend Dottie and her team when looking for a home. My daughter and I found our forever home thanks to Dottie....

Dottie is an awesome realtor and person. She made the entire process smoother and a lot of fun. She was patient and knowledgeable, and I am very thankful for all of her help! If I could give her 100 stars, I would! To say she went above and beyond would be the biggest understatement! One Sunday, she had been on the road between GA and AL for 4 hours and I called her to say I saw a property I'd like to see. She said, "I'll be there in 30 mins"!!! That is just one of the many examples in my 2 month, daily house hunt! I had to be out of my rental so we had a serious deadline! She is also very good at pointing out good, bad, and other info she notices while touring a property. Dottie really has your best interest at heart! Thank you again, Dottie!
